Raleigh St. Augustine grass is a cold-hardy cultivar released by North Carolina State University in 1980. It has a medium green color with a coarse texture. Raleigh adapts well to heavier, organic, clay soils with medium to low soil pH.

Tiffway 419 Bermuda
Tifway 419 is a dense, fine-textured, hybrid Bermuda grass. This warm season turf grass requires full sun, and has a good heat tolerance, wear resistance and will recover quickly if damaged. Although Tifway 419 is an excellent choice for home lawns in northern part of the transition zone between cool and warm season grasses, it is primarily used on golf courses, sport fields, and commercial sites.

Zorro Zoysia
Zorro Zoysia is a fine bladed, dark green grass with very good shade tolerance, good traffic tolerance and rapid recuperative ability. Zorro has one of the lowest water use requirements of any of the zoysia varieties. It greens up quickly in spring and holds color well into fall.
